Brief summary: Another one in a similar vein to Jack of Spades: Elizabeth deals with the inevitable question from John, and has to make a difficult decision between who she is and who they could be, which turns out to be not so difficult after all. Picked for this prompt primarily because of *why* the UST is unresolved. I don't know why I've been reading so much fic lately about why they *wouldn't* work, when I believe they could find a way, but I guess there's just a lot of good stuff out there and I've never been one to be terribly threatened by an opposing viewpoint. ;-)

Brief summary: Jack visits Samantha after she's recovering from being shot, and gives her a birthday gift -- the medal Chet Collins gave him at the end of "Hang on to Me." The dialogue is comfortable -- as the two characters enjoy each other's company -- without any strings or angst attached. The author captures the ease of their interaction, as well as the depth of their affection for one another through simple gestures. A wonderfully sweet story that captures the relationship between these characters both as it should be, and as they want it to be.

I adored how Stuart just keeps making the situation worse, and how Vince tries so hard to play the straight man here, so to speak. Great bit with the ice cream cone too.

Brief summary: What I really love here is that Steph shows Stuart and Vince so much how I imagine them as teenagers. What I enjoy so much is that I see Vince here already holding in the anger and the feelings that we see so clearly on his face in the series. Also, I love how Stuart is so insistent on making up with him after screwing up -- and not taking Vince's 'no' for an answer. It also shows a brilliant un-apology from Stuart, and most likely the start of the Doctor Who apology watching Stuart has had to endure for many years. And, the best part is that Steph gives us the most lovely bit of sweetness with the two of them on the sofa. This fic warms my heart.

The press is constructing elaborate theories about what he's really doing and not believing a word of what the rest of Nsync is saying. Lance worries, but also seems to be keeping secrets of his own. This is one of Giddy's best stories, it's fast-paced, has wonderful dialogues and internal monologues, the love story is interesting, and it's also hysterically funny. Justin's big gaffe at the end is definitely not to be missed!
