The Mystic's Call, Mixed Nuts
My F/V Rec Table
Claim: Due South, Fraser/Vecchio
Title: The Mystic's Call
Author: Mrs Fish
Characters: Benton Fraser/Ray Vecchio, Naka, Diefenbaker, Sarah
Prompt: 15 Crack!Fic
Rating: NC-17
Length: medium
Brief summary: I've said this as crack!fic because it has a rather weird concept involving m/m and m/? Quite where this story came from I don't know but it's something I would never have thought of, at all. It has lots of sex and not necessarily with who you would expect. This has an even weirder sequel (Spirit Walk). To sum up - sex, shape shifting wolves, sex.

Title: Mixed Nuts
Author: Acer canadensis
Characters: Benton Fraser/Ray Vecchio
Prompt: 40 Confession
Rating: R
Length: short
Brief summary: Brilliant use of canonical lines so the dialogue is spot on. It does need anything other than what we have already have in canon. An entire slash conversation purely using show dialogue is very cleverly done and perhaps goes some way to explaining what exactly people find slashy about the show. Whilst it might not be what the writers of the show intended it certainly makes things interesting.
