Brief summary: What I like about this story is that Paddy writes relationships so true to life. I picked this one specific for anger because of the second half of this story. It illustrates perfectly how people in relationships feel at times, how they are cruel and biting, without necessarily wanting to be -- they just are. The stress of real life, of the working day and of just being around someone all the time are wonderfully illustrated here. I think Paddy handles their relationship so well and so true to life. This story also has some wonderful non-angry parts as well.

Brief summary: Set post-series. Stuart and Vince head back home to visit. What is most interesting though, is what happens on the plane ride back to the states. It's the little details in this fic that make me love it so much: Vince listening to Doctor Who on cd, Stuart and Lisa's sniping at each other and of course, Vince's ability to read Stuart's mind and just 'get' him so well. A really lovely read!
