Brief summary: This is a completely original take on the generally cliched plot that is "House overdoses on Vicodin". On the same night, Wilson is seriously injured in a car wreck. The story follows the time both spend in hospital. It's possibly the best exploration I've seen of the House/Wilson friendship, with flashbacks to the infarction used to brilliant and poignant effect. There is no slash, and there doesn't need to be. If you only read one H/W fic in your life, make it this one.

I am the first to rec this new fandom on  recs50

For people who do not know what Numb3rs is here is a brief overview. It centres on two brothers Don
and Charlie Epps. Don the Eldest is a FBI agent, Charlie the younger is an maths genuis who is Professor at Calsic.
Charlie was bought in to help Don with a serial killer, and has continued helping him. The fandom offers a wide
range of types of fiction from extremely fluffy to extremley angsty. Be warned there is Incest which i will be
recceing, with the correct warnings. Though there will be some General fics.

So on to the fic reccomandation. My First.
