Claim: CSI, Nick/Greg
Title: What We Remember
Author: Caster ([livejournal.com profile] helena_eternal)
Characters: Nick Stokes, Greg Sanders, Warrick Brown
Prompt: Friendship
Rating: PG
Length: medium
Brief summary: Warrick's a good friend and gives Nick and Greg the best gift he has to offer -- the strength of his observations. I love this because Caster conveys that not only are Nick and Greg attracted to one another, they're friends, first.

Claim: CSI, Nick/Greg
Title: Conspire
Author: [livejournal.com profile] kalimyre
Characters: Nick Stokes, Greg Sanders
Prompt: Sex
Rating: NC-17
Length: short
Brief summary: Kalimyre, probably best known for her fantastic work in the Stargate fandom, has written a lovely little PWP in which Nick is drenched in honey. Do you need any more reason than that? Greg sure doesn't.

Title: Three Steps Away
Author: Fabella (aka [livejournal.com profile] wistful_fever)
Characters: Nick Stokes, Greg Sanders, Catherine Willows, Gil Grissom, Gillian Stokes
Prompt: character study
Rating: PG-13
Length: medium
Brief summary: Have you ever read a story that was just so right that it took your breath away? That's what this story did to me. It's kind of about how Nick copes with his broken relationship with Greg, and kind of about what happens before and after Grave Danger, but really it's about the kind of man Nick is at his core.

Claim: "Without a Trace," Jack/Samantha
Title: Snow
Author: Midnight Caller
Characters: Samantha Spade, Jack Malone.
Prompt: 48. Reccer's Choice.
Rating: R.
Length: Medium.

Brief summary: An intricate and gorgeously told story, where Jack and Samantha each brave a snowstorm to get to work, and then wind up at Samantha's apartment in bed, sharing stories about their pasts. There's an easy intimacy between the two of them, and their conversation is eerily prescient of the (clothed) one the show had them sharing in "Malone vs. Malone." The author blends the details of their seduction with the more mundane details of their work day -- all set against the backdrop of a snowstorm. The fic gives you chills and makes you hot at the same time.

Title: After All
Author: Running Up Fawn
Characters: Samantha Spade, Jack Malone.
Prompt: 49. Reccer's Choice.
Rating: PG.
Length: Medium.

Brief summary: Both Samantha and Jack are at work on Christmas Eve, and share a phone conversation about being unhappy at Christmas. The metaphor of the two of them being on the phone when they're actually in the same office is not lost on the reader. It's emotional -- invoking the past and lamenting the present, and of course, honest and heartfelt. When the two of them actually share a kiss before going their separate ways for the holiday, it feels more like a promise than a regret.

Title: Know
Author: [livejournal.com profile] seperis & [livejournal.com profile] josselin
Characters: Justin, Ethan
Prompt:35. Threesome.
Rating: unrated
Length: short/medium
Brief summary: Although Brian isn't in in the fic, his presence is felt throughout, and the fic is BJ at core. We get a look at Ethan as a person instead of villain and the way Justin migh have been whilst with him. And how he shifted to thinking of Brian during sex.

Characters: Crowley, Aziraphale

Characters: Crowley, Aziraphale, Adam
Prompt: 35. Threesome.
Rating: NC-17

Brief summary: A well-done threesome, because going into the fic I was certainly skeptical. But walking away from the fic I had to wonder why more people don't write about these three. Hot stuff.

Title: The Difference
Author: [livejournal.com profile] juteux
Characters: Brian, Justin, Ethan
Prompt: 47. Reccer's Choice
Rating: -
Length: Short
Brief summary: Showcases one of the differences between Brian and Justin. The story rings true and everyone is wonderfully written - no one is villified and the break-up/make-up arc of s2/3 is handled gracefully.

Title: Physics, groceries, and the homosexual agenda
Author: [livejournal.com profile] mintwitch
Characters: Brian, Justin, Collier
Prompt:30. Seduction.
Rating: -
Length: Short.
Brief summary: Amusing grocery fic, something that I could easily picture happening. The story and dialogue flows well and Collier doesn't strike me as stiff - something rarely seen characters sometimes can.
