This story is absolutely lovely and poignant. The author’s original characters are captivating (Winnie Weasley, in particular, is unforgettable) and her slow development of the relationship between Harry and Severus is sweet and believable.

Brief summary: After being pulled inside a magical mirror, 16-year-old Harry Potter appears to have returned unharmed – if it weren’t for the fact that mentally he is now 28-years-old and a War Mage. Returning from a possible future where Voldemort’s final defeat has cost a lot (including Albus and Severus), Harry is determined to change the course of the war by whatever means he has.

Despite being a Work in Progress, this story is a Snarry classic. The author manages to enrich Rowling’s even more – elves, dwarves, mages and magicians come alive in her narrative. Magical and muggle elements are blended just right to create a story that hooks you and leaves you wanting for more.

John is captivating as the dissolute and loose-living Miami rent boy, but it's Rodney, awkwardly out of his depth in both his personal and professional relationships with John, who gives the story it's emotional center.

linaerys does a terrific job of adapting Atlantis characters and technology into the plot while keeping the story very much grounded in it's post WWII setting.
