24/7, Jack is still his Boss. Boss with a capital 'B'. And Jack is hardly going to say: 'No, I'm not going to bother saving the lives of six billion people, because I'm too busy servicing my boyfriend, thank you very much.'

(Not that Ianto thinks that Jack thinks of him as his boyfriend. It's just what he calls him in his head when he is not sure how else he should refer to him.)
