My prompt table/list.
Claim: Nsync: general
Prompt: 07 Love
Title: Prone
Author: Pen, at Pen's Nest and
pensnest
Rating: -
Length: medium
Brief summary: Chris is getting a new tattoo. An absolutely wonderful story about Chris, his relationship with the other guys, and his longstanding feelings for Lance. Great dialouge and characterisation. Pen is fantastic at writing stories about normal, everyday life with the occasional dash of fun and games, that still manages to include intense feelings and passions.
Excerpt: There was something satisfying about the relentless spark, the rough press of cloth wiping his tenderized flesh, the buzz of the needle gun. He could still feel the needle, but it wasn't so bad. Moving towards his shoulders, the sting seemed to be easing a little, though maybe that was just his brain growing accustomed to the pain input. Assuming brains worked that way.
Couldn't lie like this for long, but it would get the circulation going in his squashed hands again. Somehow the position was familiar... last time... last time he'd been waking up to a hangover. Hell of a hangover. Hangover from hell. And underneath the hangover, the persistent awareness that he couldn't have what he wanted, and all the drink in the world wasn't going to make that any less true.
It was going to take several hours to get the outlining done, and another long session for the shading. He'd been warned, and he wanted this, he did, but man... Chris could take the needles, but keeping still for hours at a stretch, that was hard.
Might as well use the time for something useful instead of dwelling on stuff he couldn't change. There was a song he'd started a week ago and not really worked on. That'd do. Chris forced the lurking memories out of his mind and concentrated on his song.

Title: Does Anybody Remember Iron Maiden
Author: mira, at Lookbook and

Rating: explicit sex
Length: long
Brief summary: Lance and his changing relationships with Chris and with Justin. A thoughtful, sweet, and funny story that ends in hot sex.
Excerpt: "So, still no chance to jump his bones, huh?"
"Justin," Lance hissed, immediately blushing for the second time this evening. "You couldn't, like, say it a little louder? I think that guy over there in the corner hasn't heard you. And I've told you often enough that I do not have any interest whatsoever in Chris other than he's my friend."
"Nuh uh," Justin shook his head, absently sucking on a lime, "when we last went out, you were crooning about what a great ass he had."
"Yeah, and just the fact that I was 'crooning'," Lance made air quotes with his fingers, "should have given you a clue that I was drunk and therefore responsible for neither my actions nor my words." Even if it was true.
"Drunk people always tell the truth," Justin said wisely. As if on cue, he poured them another two shots. He tipped his glass against Lance's somewhat awkwardly with his left hand, then licked the back of his hand quickly and proceeded to shake salt onto it. When he'd slammed the tequila down and dropped the bitten off edge of his lime wedge into the ashtray - which was getting full - he cocked his head thoughtfully, chewing. "Although, you know," he said slowly, twirling his glass in his fingers, "I could totally understand if you went for him. He gives by far the greatest head I ever had."
