"Unanimous decision," Joey said, coming into the room on the tail end of Lance's comment and looking over Lance's shoulder.

Chris heard about the meeting the same time as the rest of the guys, and his eyes widened to the size of saucers. "You're really. I mean, you're really going through with this?"

Lance's face wrinkled up, and he asked, "You're really that surprised?"

"Well," Justin replied, then hesitated. He rubbed his shaved head. JC and Joey looked at each other.

"We're," Chris added, finally, "surprised that he would. Cause."

"Right." Lance shrugged, eyeing all of them in turn. "You have his CDs, Chris? Listen to'em some time."
