My Table of Fire and Ice Prompts

Claim: Harry Potter: Draco/Ginny
Title:Chocolate Shags
Author:Anise
Characters: Draco, Ginny, Neville, Giant Squid
Prompt:Humour
Rating:Mildly Naughty -- Probably PG13
Length: short
Brief summary: The good news is that magical chocolate really does have romance-enhancing properties. The bad news is that at Hogwarts, well, everybody's been giving chocolate to everyone else at Hogwarts for years. Including the giant squid. What will happen when the consequences catch up with them all at last? I picked this one because if it were to happen to me... I'd pick Draco over a whole lot of people... and I laughed out loud several times, but particularly at the last line...

Then a dreadful thought struck her. "Neville," she said timidly. "Lupin's still at Twelve Grimmauld Place, isn't he?"
"Oh, yes."
"Well, he gives out chocolate all the time. To everyone."
Neville shuffled his feet. "Er, that's true," he mumbled. "But he seems to be rather enjoying the entire thing, from what I've heard. In fact, they say he's had a pole and a disco ball installed in his room--"

Chocolate Shags

Claim: Harry Potter: Draco/Ginny
Title:The Wager
Author:Davesmom
Characters: Draco, Ginny, half the Gryffindors, Fred and George
Prompt:Teamwork
Rating:PG-Pg13 for use of tongues?
Length: short
Brief summary: Draco catches Ginny and others sneaking out after hours. He offers to keep quiet for a chance to join them in an illegal game of poker. Will they find the stakes too high? (I chose it for teamwork because the twins did try to help... after all... ;) )

Malfoy was fascinated. This was much better than playing for money. And the players seemed to enjoy the winnings much more than they would cash. The play continued, with Ginny losing more baked goods, Fred promising something called 'canary creams' which the Gryffindors (especially Longbottom) laughed at, and Malfoy losing the ability to tease Longbottom for the rest of the year. He didn't even mind, as he'd mostly given up bothering the other students months ago. He also decided that even if Longbottom didn't ask, he would still have Crabbe and Goyle lay off. Longbottom was a canny player and had a surprising sense of humor. Malfoy was actually starting to like him.
