Brief summary: Like the title says, it's based around the idea of NSYNC's Quiet Room on tour. I think it's one of the most simple and sweetest stories ever written and yet, Beth manages to write them realistically. You don't wonder if this could really happen; instead, you wonder how Beth was able to sneak into the Quiet Room on all these occasions to document these moments. I chose this story for love also, because it's not just a love between JC and Justin though that is seen throughout the story. It also shows the love of friendship that all five guys have with each other. Beautiful story.
Our Quiet Room is the one place in the entire venue that is marked solely for the five of us. It’s off limits for business meetings, friends, and even family. Our bodyguards remain faithfuly just outside the door, but don’t cross the threshold. Even girlfriends – even Joey’s and Chris’ who are REAL girlfriends – are forbidden from our sacred place. Besides the bus, it’s the closest thing we have to home on tour – where our individual status as pop stars cancel each other out and we can just be ourselves.

The simplest matter created conflict. Or, Nick and Justin created conflict over the simplest matter. For example, with four of them, he and JC had decided that it would be easiest to rotate responsibilities. Everyone would take a turn at providing dinner. Not cooking a gourmet feast, necessarily, but seeing that everyone was fed. After all, not all of them cooked well.
"Yeah," Justin said. "Carter doesn't cook, Carter eats."
Explaining Justin's black eye had not been fun, especially since all of their acquaintances had "reservations" about their new relationship.
