"Transposition" & "Deriving the Prime"

My House M.D. Recs Table

Claim: House, M.D., General Series
Title: "Transposition"
Author: [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]
Characters: Wilson, everyone
Prompt: 32. Secrets.
Rating: R
Length: long
Brief summary: Wilson is a bit of a slut. That's just one of his secrets in this fic. There's also the fact that his whole life seems to revolve around House. But that's a secret he won't even admit to himself. A great bit of character study.

Title: "Deriving the Prime"
Author: [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]
Characters: House, Wilson, Cuddy
Prompt: 36. Family.
Rating: NC-17
Length: long
Brief summary: We all thought it when one episode revealed that Cuddy wanted a baby and she was considering both Wilson and House as potential fathers. What better excuse for a threesome could there ever be? And in this fic, on top of all the sex, you get a really sweet story about building a life and a family. What more could you need?

Prompt: 34 - Vacation
Rating: PG

Brief summary: Rose is tired of Earth, so the Doctor takes her to the New French Riviera. Rose is self-deluded and willfully blind, and the Doctor is trying very hard not to break that. It's happy and spooky and all kinds of self-contradictory things.

"To B's A, from CK" & "Brittle"

My prompt table/list.

Claim: Nsync: Lance Bass
Title: To B's A, from CK
Author: Pen, at Pen's Nest and [livejournal.com profile] pensnest
Characters: Lance, Chris
Prompt: 10 Fandom Cliche
Rating: -
Length: very short (less than 200 words)
Brief summary: The Bass Ass has definitely become a cliché in this fandom so what better thing to use for this prompt than a sonnet to it? Pen is incredibly talented at adapting the most unlikely form to fit the sparkly boys and this sonnet is a masterpiece. Fun, witty, elegant, the polysyllabic words extolling the beauty of the Bass Ass also serves to highlight the ludicrousness of the whole thing. Marvelous!

Characters: Lance, Alex Krycek

We Shouldn't Keep Meeting Like This, Red Double-Decker Buses...

Claim: Doctor Who, general series
Title: We Shouldn't Keep Meeting Like This
Author: [livejournal.com profile] xwingace
Characters: Jack Harkness, Jack O'Neill
Prompt: 33 - Crossover
Rating: PG-13
Length: Long
Brief summary: A wonderfully amusing crossover with Stargate: SG-1: Jack keeps popping up unexpectedly in Jack's life. The two separate timestreams are well thought out and consistent with each other, and the characterization is just spot on.

Title: Red Double-Decker Buses Like You See In Science Fiction Pictures
Author: [livejournal.com profile] livii
Characters: Tenth Doctor, Mrs. Moore
Prompt: 50 – Reccer's Choice
Rating: PG
Length: Medium
Brief summary: A brief look into one of the What-Might-Have-Beens of the Cybermen Alt!Universe. Made even better by the fact that it fits into the time scheme given, so if you close your eyes you can pretend it's almost canon. Ten and Mrs. Moore have lovely chemistry together.
