My F/V rec table
Claim: Due South, Fraser/Vecchio
Title: Crossroads
Author: JMalabar
Characters: Fraser/Kowalski, Benton Fraser/Ray Vecchio, Kowalski/Turnbull, Diefenbaker, others.
Prompt: 23 Time
Rating: NC-17
Length: Long/Epic
Brief summary: This story is really about people coming to each other in their own time, specifically Fraser and Vecchio, even though there are other slash pariings within this fic and each pairing gets it's own focus, throughout the runnning theme is about finding the time for people to come to each other and then making use of the time that they have. It won't be to everyone's taste but I'm reccing this becuase it fits the prompt so well and has that theme of time runnning through it even though the plot is sometimes confusing. It's also a COTW 'fixit'.

Title: The Fire This Time
Author: Ruth Devero
Characters: Benton Fraser/Ray Vecchio, Diefenbaker, Welsh, Elaine, Huey, others
Prompt: 48 reccers choice
Rating: NC-17
Length: Epic
Brief summary: This is almost a novel and whilst it is a sequel to two of Ruth Devero's earlier stories; Little Mr. Marker and Thief of Hearts, it does stand up very well on it's own. There are two strands running through this story; the first is the plot of an arsonist and the second is Fraser and Ray coming to terms with how they feel. It's got a lot of layers to it and certainly keeps you engaged throughout.
