Claim a fandom and specificity by responding to this post. For instance, you can pick Buffy the Vampire Slayer as a general series and rec all pairings and characters, or you can pick specifically Buffy/Angel and rec only fic containing prominently those two characters, or you can pick Willow, and rec Willow-centric fics.

Note: Read all rules, instructions and FAQs before posting!

ETA: For an example rec, go here. Please be aware that the excerpts she quoted from each story are under an LJ CUT. Excerpts are optional. You can also see how she linked the recs to her table. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] chickpea for her contribution.

Also feel free to ask any questions you might have. Remember you only have two claims each round, so keep that in mind when responding. A master list will go up soon, along with a waitlist.

You can make a claim for Round XI now and until July 14th. Starting July 15th, all claims that we receive go towards round twelve.

Reccing on Round XI begins July 1st and runs until the last week of August.

Tell us which benchmark you've hit, and let us praise you copiously and bestow you with gifts!

Be sure to put your final benchmark only. So if you plan to make it to forty, don't tell us when you've reached ten, twenty, thirty, etc. Just the final tally. Link the table or post with your list of links here so we can verify your progress.

Go here for your benchmark banners! Be sure to leave me a message here when you do, so that we can put you on the final list at the end of the round.

The table is just a way to help organize your recs. Link it at the beginning of each rec post so that anyone interested in checking out your other recs can see it.

Just clarifying something that I don't think I made explicit enough, before more people make this mistake. When making your tables or your list of links to show us as a final product, you SHOULD NOT link directly to the stories themselves. Instead, link to the recommendations that you've made on this site. Why? Because you didn't write the stories (at least not all of them). You wrote the recs. That's what we're giving you credit for doing, so that's what we want to see. The recommendations will have links to the stories within them, so anyone interested (after reading your wonderful recommendations) can get to them that way.

I don't think I made that clear, and it's my fault. I hope I've clarified it in enough time to stop people from getting too far along in the process.
