Brief summary: Martin and Samantha have a drink after the episode "The Bus," the ep where Samantha (accidentally) kills two suspects. It's Samantha, in pain and perhaps denial, trying to escape it all. The author perfectly captures the conversation between the eager (but wary) Martin, and the practiced (but distant) Samantha. Jack creeps up between them as an inevitable third party, even to the end. The perfect mix of resolved and unresolved sexual tension, and just spot-on S2 characterizations of all involved.
