I can tell you here:

After you've posted your rec on this comm, copy the link to the post. Then, edit the entry with the table in it and make the word for the prompt a link to the rec.

So.

If you have "first time," you'd put [a href="your rec's link"]first time[/a], so that it made a link like this (http://www.strawtogold.net/steph). It's easy! Make sense?
