Brief summary : Neville/Draco. Seriously, a fixated Draco is an awesome Draco
There's a young man sitting in front of him. Dark messy hair, and for a moment Draco flinches and thinks Potter, but then he remembers that Potter wouldn't sit in the back, that Potter isn't that tall and his hair is shorter anyway. Not these heavy locks curling in the damp air, brushing the side of the neck with lazy abandon.

Then the broad shoulders and the shape of the head click into place, and Draco thinks Longbottom.

The skin of his neck is pale and clammy, and Draco can see the collar of his (old-fashioned) woollen robes leaving scratching marks on the curve of the spine. It occurs to him that this is something he would never see otherwise – Longbottom is three inches taller than him, and doesn't generally bend over like this for Draco. That might be why the sight of his neck, exposed and vulnerable and there right in front of him, causes Draco's hands to shake and his breathing to quicken.

He is already nauseous from the room, from the smell of the prisoners and the cold glee on the Prosecutor's face (she's a Gryffindor, naturally, unthinking and full of righteousness). Watching the gleam of Longbottom's skin, noting the tiny mole almost hidden by the heavy hair, makes his belly tighten and his head grow dizzy, and Draco fears he might throw up.

Brief summary: A Lavender/Neville pairing. Neville needs to get his love life into shape after Lavender demands he be less passive in the bedroom. Now, in my mind Neville’s not big on seduction but the joy of this piece is that he has to be and he shows great determination to get the job done so to speak. Plus it’s delightfully porny
"Be more dominant". Neville Longbottom looked ruefully at the words again, written in Lavender Brown's neat hand, lavender ink on parchment and underscored in red. He was a man with a dilemma. A big dilemma. One which he wasn't quite sure how to overcome. When he'd promised his beloved that he'd do anything to save their relationship, he hadn't quite expected the demands she'd made. But, he loved her with all his heart and, if following through on this would win her back, then that's what he would do.

When Neville had asked just what "more dominant" meant, Lavender had thrown her hands in the air, snarling in disgust. When she'd finally calmed down enough to explain things, she'd said she was tired of him being so passive in their relationship -- most especially in the bedroom. She wanted him to take the initiative, she wanted him to stop treating her like a delicate flower, and most of all, she wanted him to do…things to her. Naughty things. Kinky things.

He'd blanched at the suggestion, then blushed furiously when Lavender began to rattle off a litany of activities for his consideration. That had only flustered him more. She'd finally stormed out of the room, grabbed her bags, and Floo'd off to her parents' house, leaving him alone with the list and his misgivings. However, before she left, she'd made it plain that if he couldn't change his passive ways, she would leave him for good. That was something Neville couldn't live with. Nor did he want to.

So, he began a course of study over the next few days. He frequented a number of book shops and specialty shops in both Wizarding and Muggle London on his lunch hour, shyly asking the surprisingly friendly clerks for advice. With their help, he purchased a number of books with titles like Domination for Dummies, Beginning Bondage, Wizards with Whips and 101 Sadistic Spells to Spice Up Your Sex Life, poring over them at every free moment he could find, charming them to look like herbology texts to anyone who might bother to pick them up. He worshipped Lavender, but even she wasn't worth losing his research position at Bobbin's Apothecaries over, especially if things didn't work out between then. He'd definitely need a job if he had to find another place to live at a moment's notice.
