Title: The World Through Glass
Author:

Characters: Colin Creevey / Alastor Moody
Prompt: First Time
Rating: NC17
Length: Long (~5200 words)
Brief summary: Yes, that does indeed say Creevey/Moody up there in the header, but you should read it anyway. Especially nice because it's characters we haven't seen in first-time settings a thousand times over. Colin's enthusiasm is infectious, and Moody's gruffness is no longer the only thing we know about him. Not just PWP - there's so much here that's not about the sex that I wanted it to go on and on.
Forty fruitless and frustrating minutes later, Colin had little to show for his efforts beyond a singed and damp robe, a sore throat, and the unpleasant aftertaste of his allergy potion lingering in his mouth. He accepted the state of his robes, since he was the one who accidentally triggered the dragon tapestry's defenses, and had soaked his own clothes in an effort to put the flames out, while Moody watched from his armchair. But as for the choking incident, it had taken several minutes to convince Moody firstly that he was not a Death Eater, merely allergic to the aconite in whatever anti-polyjuice potion Moody had slipped into his tea, and secondly that Colin really would die if he didn't get the allergy potion from his bag.

Title: A Quiet Meeting
Author:

Characters: Draco Malfoy, Arthur Weasley
Prompt: Friendship
Rating: G (it's gen-fic).
Length: Medium (~1100 words)
Brief summary: An interlude in Diagon Alley, nothing more. Draco is still school-aged, and Arthur is running errands. An impulsive offer may bear fruit in the future, or at least Arthur hopes it might.
"Ah, young Malfoy. Wandering around Diagon Alley on your own today?" Arthur kept the tone light; he knew that it wasn't really the boy's fault he was born a Malfoy.
