Brief summary: Well, it is sex, but there's much more to this short story. It's also about survival and changes and Earth and about something John wants, but doesn't think he has enough to offer in return.

There's not much that John's never offered before, but when he's inside, when he's moving in Rodney's heat and Rodney is saying, "Ah!" over and over, he thinks that he can tell Rodney what he wants. He can do that, at least, though they've never asked each other for anything. Rodney has what John needs, and he can take it away, and John will be in just as much danger whether he says it or not. And maybe if he gives Rodney his fear, it will make them even.

Brief summary: My favorite Jealousy fic (obviously...). An alien woman was flirting with Rodney. John doesn't like it, and he doesn't like her. So he wants to prove to Rodney that he's his. They have, and I quote, "rather interesting" sex. It's also about trust.

She was flirting with me." Rodney shrugs his jacket off. "Definitely flirting."

The door slides shut and John sneaks up behind Rodney, slides his arms around Rodney's waist and holds him tight. "No, not definitely. I'm thinking you have a really vivid imagination." It's a rush having Rodney in his arms again--almost like hitting the surf after a long dry spell on land.
