"One of who?" he asks and she motions towards two twenty-something girls in pre-teen-sized tank tops dancing on chairs inside the bar.

"You mean the girls you came with?" Michael smirks. "Well, you haven't danced on any furniture yet so you're still ahead of the game."

He sat in a wooden beach chair at the little restaurant attached to his hotel, sipping a beer and watching the people go by. He tapped his long fingers against the bottle in a steady rhythm. Doing this kept his heart rate from rocketing up whenever he caught a glimpse of reddish-brown hair in the crowd.
