Able to Succeed & Crazy Like This

My rec table.

Claim: DC Comics, Tim Drake
Title: Able to Succeed
Author: Betty ([livejournal.com profile] brown_betty)
Characters: Tim Drake, Bruce Wayne
Prompt: 48. Reccer's Choice
Rating: All Ages
Length: Short (1000 words)
Brief summary: I absolutely adore this story. Bruce gives Tim homework assignments -- the kind that scar you permanently. Tim, as usual, rolls up his sleeves and digs in. This story is perfect in every way, and the ending is *killer*.

When he gets assignments back from teachers, they usually have a few minor corrections and scrawled comments like interesting! Good Work! Keep it up! Bruce has neatly pencilled all his comments in the margins: risk unacceptable. Have you considered low ceiling? This figure incorrect. Rewrite. Source? Sloppy. Unclear. And those are just the ones he understands. He has to slink back to the bookshelf and look up all the proof reader's marks.

Claim: DC Comics, Tim Drake
Title: Crazy Like This
Author: Te ([livejournal.com profile] thete1)
Characters: Tim Drake, Kon-El, Tim's boxers
Prompt: 49. Reccer's Choice
Rating: Adult
Length: Short (3000 words)
Brief summary: Kon, like most of Tim's fangirls, really, really appreciates the sight of Tim wearing only his mask and a pair of boxers. His brain is broken from the hotness, but he manages.

And, being as how it's a Saturday-about-to-be- Sunday, and they'd been training all day, and Tim is alone in his room with the door closed... he could be almost naked again right now.

And it's not like he has issues, or anything. Or...
not *that* kind of issues. Kon has never really
seen the point of freaking out over getting turned
on by things. Like, so long as you weren't popping
a boner whenever you saw, like, a *mime* or
something, you were fine.

So it's not that.

It's just, you know, Tim.
