Though quite short, the author paints a startlingly real picture, one you can almost see in an episode... On the show, we've all seen how Doyle reacts when there's a possibility of his partner getting hurt, and in the story it's put into words, and you can almost see it... Also, no matter how good a setting is, it would be nothing without great writing, and this is absolutely amazing!
