hp_literotica's Imitation Challenge, this is HP futurefic in the style of H.P. Lovecraft. Lupin is sent to Malfoy Manor on a Ministry errand. What he finds there is not what he expected.
He smiled, a smile that could not be called cruel, for cruelty is a human emotion, and it seemed at that moment that Lucius Malfoy had somehow gone beyond all humanity, approached some other state, as though he lived in magic, not in time. "Let me show you to a room. We'll talk further in the morning." He rose and glanced out from the heavy Slytherin green velvet curtains. "There are things best not spoken of in the night's embrace."

"That's me." The smile turned into a grin. There was something sharp and a little predatory about it.
"Do you make a habit of this?" Severus asked, finally entering the room and walking over to the table.
"Yep," he said cheerfully.
Charlie, Severus thought. That must be it.
